Full Payment is REQUIRED in order to reserve your picnic time.
Payments can be made online and your remainder Amount Due will include the $150 Damage Fee (refundable within 24 hours after your booking ends.) and any add ons selected for your picnic. All Final payments are due 72 hrs prior to your reservation. If you fail to pay your remainder amount you automatically forfeit your reservation Add on’s.
Refunds are only available 72 hours prior to the booking. Refunds will only include the package amount, the tax and service fee of 15% is non-refundable.
If there is a need for a cancellation within less than 72 hours of your original booking, you can re-schedule your picnic by emailing us at Contact@myazpicnic.com
No Cost adjustments can be made to any package. All prices are based on time and costs on our end so please do not request discounts!
No modifications can be made to any packages, any items included in the package that are specifically requested to not be included in the package, will NOT affect package pricing.
All My AZ Picnic customers must stay with the provided picnic setup till the end of your reservation time. If you need to leave your picnic for any reason please contact us prior to leaving. Any stolen items will be at your responsibility.
All Elopement locations must be determined by our guests, or a $200 scoping fee will be applied for any destination Elopements or Engagements..
For all private home picnics please provide clear area for setup. Any setups in grass areas MUST be dry or a $150 cleaning fee will be applied.
